Every device is inspected, refurbished where needed, and graded A to C for cosmetic condition and functionality — so trade buyers know exactly what a grade means.
Before any device is refurbished or resold, its data is permanently erased using trusted third-party software from Global Erasure and Certus Erasure. Every wipe generates a certificate retained on file.
Devices that reach end of life are processed and disposed of under our Environment Agency T11 licence, with a documented chain of custody for every unit.
From the moment a device arrives to the moment it's certified and ready for resale or responsibly recycled, every unit follows the same documented path.
Devices are logged by serial number on arrival.
Cosmetic condition and functionality are assessed and scored A to C.
Parts are replaced and repaired where needed to restore full function.

A record is issued and retained on file for full traceability.
Ready-to-use stock moves to wholesale; end-of-life units are T11 recycled.
