Every device we process is data-erased to certified standard and handled under our Environment Agency T11 licence — giving trade partners, insurers and customers full traceability.
Before any device is refurbished, wholesaled or resold, its data is permanently erased to industry standard using trusted third-party software. We work with Global Erasure and Certus Erasure, and every wipe generates a unique certificate that we retain on file.
Our T11 licence authorises us to collect, transport, broker and process hazardous electronic waste in full compliance with UK environmental regulation. It underpins everything we do — from device intake and refurbishment to bulk wholesale redistribution.
